Refund policy

At Sugarless.pk, customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days if they receive a damaged or wrong product. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Opened or used lotions are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
